The new construction project includes construction of a building within an urban plot with planning permission for one residential property. The construction of two homes is accomplished, one located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.

New construction project and construction management of an isolated single-family home where the location conditions and construction typology made the home a challenge. The work achieved the best quality and cost ratio although its execution was carried out in various phases, assuming the modification of the project required by the Cabrils City Council.
