THE PROJECT AND ITS 6 PHASES

1. MAKING CONTACT:
Once you have contacted us, we will inform you in detail about all our services.

2. VISIT AND ADVICE:
We visit the space to be renovated and/or built, and we are interested in knowing each of the client’s needs.

3. PRELIMINARY PROJECT:
With all the information collected during the visit, we present the first design alternatives, and a first detailed indicative budget.

4. PROJECT
Based on the design proposal that the client has selected, we carry out a technical project definitive where the distribution of the spaces, all the actions to be carried out, materials, finishes and costs are reflected in detail.

5. MANAGEMENT OF LICENSES AND PERMISSIONS:
We request the necessary licenses and permits from technical control entities and/or the Town Hall.

6. EXECUTION OF THE WORK:
We provide the client with an organizational chart with the phases of the work, we coordinate all the work to be carried out on the site, controlling their execution times and quality, orders, supply of materials, equipment and/or furniture. We hold periodic meetings with clients, on site or also through video calls. End of work visit and handover of the keys.
