New construction project and construction management of an isolated single-family home where the location conditions and construction typology made the home a challenge. The work achieved the best quality and cost ratio although its execution was carried out in various phases, assuming the modification of the project required by the Cabrils City Council.

With a minimalist aesthetic and an optimal design for the family, the home responds to the surrounding conditions and encourages a constant relationship with the landscape from all its spaces.
