Remodeling Project Details

In collaboration with the Municipal Institute of Urban Landscape and Quality of Life of Barcelona, it promotes the improvement of the landscape and surroundings of the party walls within its recovery plan for the city’s party walls.

With the creation of the new facades, their integration of vegetation between windows and balconies, an aesthetic improvement is achieved in the public space, and in the energy and habitability conditions of the buildings.

Executive project, construction management and health and safety coordination for the rehabilitation of the party wall. Developed in 4 phases.
